• Do you accept my insurance?▾

  We’re in-network with Delta Dental, MetLife, Cigna, Aetna, and most major PPOs. We file your claim and you pay only the patient share. Out-of-network? We’ll still file and most plans reimburse you directly. Bring your card or snap a photo when you book.
• What if I have a dental emergency today?▾

  Call us. We hold same-day slots at each office every weekday, plus Saturday emergency hours in Scottsdale. Cracked teeth, abscesses, lost crowns, knocked-out teeth — these almost always get seen the same day.
• Do you offer payment plans?▾

  Yes — CareCredit at 0% for qualifying balances, in-house payment plans for larger treatment, and we always quote the full out-of-pocket before any work begins. No hidden fees.
• Are you good with anxious patients?▾

  Yes. Nitrous oxide sedation on request at no extra cost. Longer first visits. Noise-canceling headphones and streaming Netflix during procedures. Most of our patients tell us they used to avoid the dentist.
• Are you good with kids?▾

  Yes — Dr. Reyes and Dr. Ortega see pediatric patients daily. Our first-visit protocol is built around trauma-informed care; we expect the first visit to be a getting-to-know-us appointment, not a procedure.
• Do you offer Invisalign for teens?▾

  Yes. Dr. Nguyen is a Diamond Plus provider — top 1% nationally by volume. Teen and adult cases including complex class-II correction with predicted-outcome previews.
• Can you do implants without sending me out?▾

  Yes. Dr. Kim places and restores implants in-house, including single-tooth, implant-retained dentures, and All-on-4 full-arch cases. You don’t bounce between offices.
• Do you take walk-ins?▾

  For emergencies, yes — call first if you can so we hold a slot. Routine visits are scheduled to keep wait times short.
