Surprise itemization at checkout
Every consult ends with a printed itemized estimate. The number you sign at the front is the number you pay. If we find something during treatment that changes the plan, we stop and re-quote.
Upselling on the table
Hygienists are paid hourly, not on commission. Dentists are salaried, not per-procedure. No one in this office earns more by recommending a crown you don't need.
'You need a deep cleaning' bait-and-switch
A regular cleaning is a regular cleaning. Periodontal scaling is only recommended after a real periodontal exam (probe depths, X-rays). We'll show you the numbers if we do recommend it.
Hidden lab fees on cosmetic work
Veneer, crown, and lab fees are included in the quoted price. The lab we use (Dental Arts Lab in Phoenix) is named on every estimate.

CareCredit accepted for any treatment over $500.

0% APR for 6, 12, or 24 months on qualifying cases. Longer-term financing at standard rates for full smile makeovers and All-on-4. Approval at the front desk usually takes under five minutes — we'll do it during your consult so you walk out with a confirmed monthly payment.

What if I don't have insurance?

Our in-house membership plans (above) cost about a third of a typical PPO premium, with no deductible, no maximum, no waiting period, and a 15-25% treatment discount built in. Most uninsured patients save money vs. buying their own dental insurance.

Do you offer financing?

Yes — we partner with CareCredit for treatment over $500. CareCredit offers 0% APR for 6, 12, or 24 months depending on case size, and longer-term financing at standard rates. Approval usually takes under five minutes at the front desk.

Will you bill my insurance directly?

Yes. Bring your card on your first visit (or send a photo when you book) and we'll file every claim for you. For in-network PPOs, you only pay the co-pay or co-insurance at checkout. For out-of-network plans, you pay our fee and the insurer reimburses you directly.

Do prices include tax?

Dental services in Arizona are not subject to sales tax. The numbers above are what you pay (less any insurance benefit) — no add-on fees at checkout.
