Veneers + InvisalignPatient hadn't seen a dentist in nine years. Crooked uppers, gray-tinged enamel, anxiety about the chair. We sequenced Invisalign first (14 months), then upper veneers and a Zoom whitening. Total time horizon: 17 months.
Single-tooth implantPatient lost a lower molar to an adult-league hockey injury. We did an immediate socket-preservation graft, healed 4 months, placed the implant, healed another 4, then restored with a CEREC crown. Bite is back to 100%.
Full-mouth rehabPatient came in with seven failing silver fillings, two cracked molars, and significant occlusal wear. We sequenced safe-removal of amalgams, two same-day CEREC crowns, occlusal splint, and a Zoom whitening on the unrestored teeth.
In-office whiteningPatient booked five weeks before his wedding. We did one in-office Zoom session plus take-home tray follow-up. End result: six shades whiter on the VITA scale.
All-on-4 implantPatient had worn upper dentures for 12 years and lost significant bone. We did a sinus lift, healed, placed four upper implants, and restored with a zirconia full-arch prosthesis. She eats apples again.
Invisalign relapse casePatient wore braces for 18 months in high school and stopped wearing her retainer at 20. By 40 her lower teeth had crowded back. Invisalign refinement re-aligned in 9 months. Now she wears a vivera retainer nightly.
Pediatric trauma repairKid fell off the monkey bars at 11am, in our chair by 1pm. Composite bonding rebuilt the corner of #8. He went back to school the next morning. Two-year follow-up: still holding.
Sleep apnea oral appliancePatient was diagnosed with moderate OSA but couldn't tolerate CPAP. We fabricated a custom mandibular advancement device. A follow-up sleep study showed his Apnea-Hypopnea Index drop from 24 to 6.

Toys, books, and a small slide so kids stay calm before their visit — and so parents can have their own cleaning without juggling.
